World Medical Tourism & Global Health Congress would like to announce Council for Korea Medicine Overseas Promotion (CKMP) as the premiere Diamond Sponsor for the 2nd Annual World Medical Tourism & Global Health Congress in 2009! Council for Korea Medicine Overseas Promotion (CKMP) was the Platinum sponsor at our 1st Conference and is looking forward to being the premiere Diamond Sponsor again for 2009! We look forward to having them Sponsor and Exhibit again!Council for Korea Medicine Overseas Promotion (CKMP) was established as a joint government-private initiative to promote medical institutions in Korea. It is the official organization for medical tourism that is supported by the Government. At the same time, it functions as the "acting body" for a series of national policies in regards to medical tourism.
The primary purpose of CKMP includes staging Korean healthcare market to the international communities and fostering safe and reliable infrastructure for the quality of care.
Currently over 30 hospitals and specialty clinics joined as a member. Korea Health Industry Development Institute, Korea Tourism Organization and Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affaires support every activities of CKMP.
