I'm a little late on this post but I just found some pictures online today so I thought since I had pictures I would go ahead and write a post! On Thursday, December 4, 2008 (I told you I'm a little late!) Jonathan Edelheit the President of the Medical Tourism Association and I traveled to Miami to attend Jackson Memorial's 3rd Annual Conference for Healthcare Policy Makers in the Caribeean Basin and Central America. Jon was a speaker and presented on Medical Tourism. It was a very nice confernece with a major prescense from the Caribbean. Here are a few pictures from the conference, for more information please go to: http://www.jmhi.org/conference/

Its really Eye Opener Programme, Medical Tourism is Upcoming Branch in Tourism Industry, Collabration with Toruism and Health Care, patient will get world class service at affortable cost.
Medical Tourism is one of the fastest growing healthcare industries. The world is in a healthcare crisis and patients are starting to travel overseas in search of the best quality and the most affordable medical care.
Last years 1st annual congress featured over 850 attendees from over 45 countries and over 53 exhibitors and sponsors. The 2nd Annual World Medical Tourism & Global Health Congress will feature over 2,000 attendees from over 50 countries and over 90 exhibitors and sponsors. While last year’s congress featured over 3,000 one-on-one private networking sessions, the second annual congress should have at least 5,000 one-on-one private networking meetings.
